How does it work?

Tell us about you

Complete an online medical consultation at your convenience to share your individual health profile. If you wish to switch provider or start your weight loss journey with us you can do that by simply filling an online consultation form.

E-mail Consultation

As soon as you have placed the order you’ll be asked to submit your picture and video ID, a short video of yourself on a weighing scale to confirm your current weight & proof of purchase from your previous supplier (if you’re switching provider). For new starter dose 2.5 mg you’ll be booked for a video consultation with our Pharmacist.

Pharmacist Review

Once you have sent all the information via WhatsApp/E-mail, please allow 2 working days for our Pharmacist to review your responses & process accordingly. If there’s anything else we need we will contact you straight away.

We’ll dispense and deliver

After our Pharmacist approves your order, we will dispense the medication and prepare it for delivery. To ensure optimal quality, we use specialized packaging that maintains the required temperature of medication between 2° – 8° C for up to 72 hours. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for secure and timely delivery.

Re-Order

Once your first order with us is completed and delivered, just login to your account. From the order section you can quickly order your next dose in less than a minute and continue your journey with us. We’ll remind you by E-mail & WhatsApp every 3 weeks from your last order being despatched. Alternatively you can scan the QR code which will be on your Mounjaro box.
