Solpadeine Max Soluble Tablets is a short-term pain relief medicine supplied as soluble tablets that dissolve in water. It is intended for the relief of moderate pain when other painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen alone have not been effective.
Each tablet contains a combination of paracetamol, codeine phosphate, and caffeine, which work together to relieve pain. The soluble formulation allows the medicine to be taken as a drink, which may help with faster absorption.

Directions (How to Use)
Who can take this medicine:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over
Not suitable for children under 12 years
Dosage:
Adults and adolescents: Dissolve 2 tablets in a full glass of water and take every 4 to 6 hours as required
Leave at least 4 hours between doses
Maximum dose: 8 tablets in any 24-hour period
Duration of use:
Do not take for more than 3 days in a row
If pain persists or worsens after 3 days, seek medical advice
Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.

Do not take with any other products containing paracetamol
Not suitable for children under 12 years due to the risk of serious breathing problems
Use with caution if you have liver or kidney disease, breathing problems, or are elderly
This product contains sodium, which may be relevant if you are on a controlled sodium diet
Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
