What is Rhinolast used for?
Rhinolast nasal spray is used to treat allergic rhinitis, including hay fever (seasonal allergies) and year-round allergies. It helps relieve symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, itching, and nasal congestion caused by allergens like pollen, dust mites, or pet dander.
How Rhinolast works
Rhinolast contains azelastine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical released during allergic reactions. By stopping histamine from acting, it reduces inflammation and irritation in the nasal passages, helping to relieve allergy symptoms and improve breathing.
